We developed the landscape design for Kolos Residence, including children’s playgrounds, sports areas, passive relaxation zones, and beach spaces.

Concept highlights:
— thoughtful placement of functional areas for all age groups
— contemporary materials and comfortable solutions for active and passive leisure
— spatial organization taking advantage of panoramic views and natural surroundings
— design combining aesthetics, safety, and functionality

The visualizations convey the atmosphere, scale, and style of the landscaped areas.
