Sanders Sky is a conceptual 60-story skyscraper located along the coast of Batumi. The design envisions a modern architectural landmark with panoramic sea and city views, redefining the vertical profile of the waterfront with bold forms and refined proportions.

For this project, our studio produced exterior architectural visualizations that convey spatial concepts, material expression, and the distinctive presence of the building within its urban and coastal context.

These visuals have been used for presentation materials, marketing, and investor communication, emphasizing the project’s identity and its contribution to the evolving skyline.
