Kolos Resort is a contemporary 18-story residential complex located in the resort area of Batumi, just about 300 m from the Black Sea shoreline. The project blends elegant architecture with modern technical solutions, positioned within a natural coastal setting.

For this development, our studio produced exterior architectural visualizations that emphasize:

— refined materiality of façades and panoramic views
— integration with the surrounding landscape
— the projected atmosphere of future living environment
