Wakeboard Cottage Town is a large-scale conceptual resort and residential development near Batumi, Georgia, covering 219,000 m².

The project envisions an integrated environment combining private residential clusters with dynamic public and tourism-oriented infrastructure.

My contribution included full conceptual development:

— overall masterplan and functional zoning strategy
— division of the site into residential and public clusters
— residential typologies: townhouses, mid-range homes, and premium beachfront properties
— concept design of a private school and playgrounds
— public program planning: skate park, water sports zones, 5-star hotel, shopping center, co-working space, and leisure areas
— team coordination
— concept development, design, and visualizations delivered within a two-week timeframe

The project integrates coastal landscape qualities with contemporary architectural planning, creating a multifunctional environment for living, recreation, and sport.

Although investors showed strong interest, the project was placed on hold due to external circumstances.
